I'm Kuba, a photographer, husband and dad from the Czech Republic. I have loved a good story since I was a child and always wanted to create them — through writing, a camera or a photograph.

Why I photograph weddings

I always wanted to make stories.
Now I can tell yours.

I tried writing first, then moving images and photography. Eventually I realised the stories I care about most do not need to be invented. They are already there, unfolding between real people.

That is why I photograph more than a handful of polished portraits. I am looking for the full story — the nerves before the ceremony, a parent's reaction, conversations around the tables and the point in the evening when nobody notices the camera anymore.

How I work

For most of the day, I observe.
When needed, I guide you.

Before the wedding, we go through your plans, ideas and priorities. During portraits I offer advice and keep the direction simple; the rest of the day is yours to spend with the people you invited.
